Where is my order?
You may check the progress of your order on the Track Order page. Please allow up to 3 business days before your order is ready to be shipped. You will receive an email notification containing tracking infos when your order has been shipped.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards as well as payments through PayPal.
When you choose to pay with PayPal, you’ll be directed to the PayPal website at the end of your ordering process. When this happens, just log into your PayPal account and confirm the payment. Afterwards, you’ll get an order confirmation both on our website and via email.

How can I change my order?
Please fill out the contact form to update your order. We can correct your shipping address, quantity of items, names, etc. Once your order has been shipped, we will be unable to correct your order.

When will my order be shipped & delivered?
Please allow for up to 1 to 3 business days after ordering for it to be processed. During special holidays, orders may take longer to be processed.
Orders are processed on weekdays from Monday - Friday. Please expect up to 7 to 20 business days for final delivery at this moment. Sometimes orders may arrive later than expected due to COVID-19 situation.We will update our fast delivery ways soon.Read more on our Shipping Poilcy.

How do I use a discount code?

Please check it again the following day; it sometimes takes up to 48 hours for the tracking information to sync. If it still doesn't work, please drop us a line on Contact Page.

What should I do if I haven't received a confirmation email after my purchase?
We send confirmation emails immediately after your purchase--so if it hasn’t landed in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder just in case! If you still haven't received your confirmation email, please drop us a message and we’ll check for any problems and resend the email to you.

Which currencies do you accept?
You can only complete your purchase in U.S. dollars--but don't worry! Regardless of your chosen currency, we will convert your currency during the checkout process.

Will I have to pay taxes/import fees on receiving my Benifile products?
It's possible that in some cases, your order may be subject to taxes. But as we have no control over these charges, we can not tell you what the cost might be; customs policies and import taxes vary widely from country to country. If you're unsure, please check your home country's import tax policies. Our shipping covers delivery to you, but does not include local duties or taxes at the point of import; these are your responsibility as per our terms of service. We will include the necessary documents for customs/border control with your parcel, but your country's assessment of these documents, the time it takes and the import taxes charged are out of our control.

When will I receive my refund?
After receiving and checking your return order information, we will send you the refund information via email. It may take up to 14 business days after you return the item to receive the refund (Mostly you will receive the refund as soon as possible). Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
