Where is my order?

You may check the progress of your order on the Order Status page. Please allow up to 3 business days before your order is ready to be shipped. You will receive an email notification containing tracking information when your order has been shipped.
If you still have not received the tracking information within 5 business days, please Contact Us.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to most places in the world that our carriers could reach. The USA, Australia, the United Kingdom to countries within the EU,and most South America countries include some remote areas.Email us if you have any questions regarding on our shipping area.

When will my order arrive?

The time frame for oder delivery is divided into:Processing Time & Shipping Time two parts.The order normally take 10-14 days to arrive in your destination including production(3-5 business days).Sometimes orders may arrive later than expected due to COVID-19 situation.We also offer FedEx Express Timeframe.Read full explanations on our Shipping Poilcy.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We accept any order cancellation or modification within 24-Hours.Please notify us within 24 hours from when the order was placed.If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund. If the order exceed the time limit,we cannot cancel or modify the order. 

What can I do if my order arrived damaged?

Rest easy.All Toytempo products insured by Happieness Guarantee!Please submit a Replacement Request to our customer service team.We will arrage the order replacement and sent it out as fast as we can.

I'm not satisfied with the product I receive,can I get a replacement?

If you're not happy with your order, please submit a replacement request to our customer service team,we will review if you're eligble for a product replacement.Read more on our Refund Policy.

What should I do if I haven't received a confirmation email after my purchase?

We send confirmation emails immediately after your purchase. If it hasn’t landed in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder just in case! If you still haven't received your confirmation email, please drop us a message and we’ll check for any problems and resend the email to you.

My tracking number doesn't work.What can I do?

Rest easy!Your order is one and only and 100% custom-made.so it may take up to 5 days(Processing Time) for the tracking information to sync.If it still doesn't work, please contact our customer service.

How much does the shipping cost,do you offer free delivery?

We offer International Secure-Tracked shipping - 4.98 USD (Global) if your order valued is less than $50.00.

Free postal shipping on all purchases over $50.00 worldwide.

How do you produce your designs? Will I be able to review how the final product image will look before being made?

We are a digital design studio and we use a range of proprietary photo editing techniques, professional photo re-touching and blending processes to turn your original photo into a high quality pendant.

We cannot send a final product preview,we'll do our best to make it exactly the same as your photo shown in our site.

If I’m not happy with my purchase will I be able to receive a full return it?Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?

Important Note:A high resolution photo with great lighting conditions will turn out the best Giftcut product.Please follow our photo guide and make sure you provide a high quality photo.We use the exact photo that you upload during our design process.If the picture does't meet our photo guide requirement,it will highly affect the quality of the finished product.

If you do picture and engraving, is picture on one side and engraving on the other or same side for both?

For most of Toytempo jewelry products,the picture will be engraved on one side and the message on the other.But you can always leave your texts in both freely.

Will just the main image be engraved or will background also be engraved?

Please note that there is no color involved in our cut & engraving process therefore just the main subject of your image will be delicately cut & engraved.

Can I upload my photo contains multiple pets or people on it?

In order to get the best quality of your Toytempo,please make sure the pets or people in your photo are positioned right next to each other with little to no space between them.Because the size of our products is fixed,all multi-objects photo will not increase the size of the finished product.On the contrary,it will make the objects in the photo you uploaded smaller.
We recommend to do 1 subject per pendant.If you order any 2+ piece,it will automatically save you 20% of the price during checkout.

I have an adorable photo of my bird,do you do that as well?

By far we've created beautiful dogs,cats,birds,horses,fishes,human beings and even cars.We can cut & engrave your Giftcut™ pieces no matter what species or breed.Shoot us a high-quality image is the key,leave all the rest to us.

How big is the medallion keychains,what are your pendant sizes?

Giftcut provide size guides for keychain,necklace and bracelet.

Keychain:1.2in (30mm)diameter

Could I add emoji to my engraving texts which looks nice ?

Usually people like to add a heart or cute paw on the back of the pendants. This is completely achievable. In most cases, it is not recommended to add some strange symbols or complex emojis.Our text engraving is free of charge.
With text engraving part, the following rule applies: less is more!
