Returns (if applicable)
Items that can be returned within 30 days after receipt must meet the following conditions:
- Your item must be unused and in the same state as the received item.
- Include all original packaging and accessories (including all warranty cards and product manuals/instructions)
- We need a receipt or proof of purchase.
- The item is damaged/broken or twisted upon arrival.
- The received product size/color is incorrect.
Non-refundable Situation
Items that have been opened and used are considered non-refundable, and 30 days after receiving the product, they are considered non-refundable.
Return process
- If the buyer meets the above requirements, please send an email to contact us.
- Send us the reason for the refund and evidence of damage to the product (picture or video attached).
- We will check after receiving the email.
- If the situation is true, we will send you an email and notify you of the refund information.
- Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

After receiving and checking your return order information, we will send you the refund information via email. It may take up to 14 business days after you return the item to receive the refund (Mostly you will receive the refund as soon as possible). Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
Delay or omission of refund (if any)
If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account again, it may take some time to officially issue a refund.

Damage or Error Order:
If your item has arrived damaged or has error, let us know immediately, we will arrange for replacement and cover the return postage. please submit a Replacement Request to our customer support team and we'll be happy to help.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Toytempo will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking info, and shipping carrier info for the customer to check. If it is clear your shipment wasn't delivered to you, we will put your order in urgent arrangement and ship it as fast as we can.
24-Hours Cancellation/modification Period:
We accept order cancellation or modification within 24-Hours.Please notify us within 24 hours from when the order was placed. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund. If the order exceed the time limit, we cannot cancel or modify the order.
