ORDER PROCESSING 

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed.

Since your purchase is custom-made,it is fully handcrafted.Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be dispatched from our fulfilment center. (Medallion requires 1-3 additional production days).

Shipping time: You will receive a Order Confirmation email once you place the order. When the product is shipped, you will immediately receive a tracking number from the shipping company,the tracking number will be active within 24 hours.This will let you know where the goods are and how long it will take. Items usually take between 14 and 20 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time during Covid-19 regulations.

Shipping Address -The shipping address will be taken from the PayPal record (PayPal checkout model). The address can be changed before we ship your orders. However, once we ship your orders, the shipping method or address can't be changed.

Kind Note:

During public holidays (Monday to Friday are working days), shipping time may be affected because express companies will restrict operations during this period. Although unfortunately this is beyond our control, we will do our best to improve this issue.

TAXES & DUTIES

Please note that our products do not charge any taxes in the United States.

If you're not sure, please check your home country's import tax policies. Our shipping covers fees that delivery to you, but does not include local duties or taxes at the point of import; these are your responsibility as per our terms of service. We will include the necessary documents for customs control with your parcel, but your country's assessment of these documents, the time it takes and the import taxes charged are out of our control.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.If you still have not received the tracking information within 5 business days, please Contact Us.

MY TRACKING SAYS "NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT".

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If tracking information is not available, please try again later. Please rest assured that the estimated shipping time is valid regardless of the update of the tracking website.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
